(hereinafter mentioned as the “Company”), incorporated according to the laws of the United Mexican States, being its address Degollado No. 48, Col. Guerrero, 06300, CDMX. The Company is responsible of the use and protection of your personal information, and in such respect we inform you of the following:

For which purposes will your personal information be used?

The personal information that we get from you will be registered in the Company’s data base, as well as any other personal information, whether it is of sensitive nature or of any kind of nature, always complying with the applicable legal precepts established in the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares, the regulations related thereto, and any other applicable laws (hereinafter mentioned as the “Applicable Laws”). The personal information provided to the Company will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary to provide the Company’s services:

  1. Send out information related to the Company.
  2. Send out information, publications and news of the Company or of any other matter that we may consider related to the Company’s services, such as communications and commercial propaganda, etc.
  3. Merchandise purposes.
  4. Make surveys related to the Company’s services.

Additionally, the Company will use your personal information for the following purposes, which purposes are not directly related to the Company’s services, but that allow the Company to provide better attention to its clients:

What personal information will be used for the mentioned purposes?

The personal information that may be collected by the Company could include, among others, the following (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information”):

  1. Name
  2. Last name
  3. Gender
  4. E-mail address
  5. Phone number
  6. Occupation
  7. Company for which you may work or act on behalf of.
  8. Nationality and/or country of residence, as well as any other information that you may provide in any way to the Company.

With whom will the Company share your Personal Information?

We hereby inform you that your Personal Information will not be shared by the Company with any other corporation or person, nationally or aboard, with no exception.

How can you access, rectify, cancel your Personal Information or oppose to its use?

You have the right to know which Personal Information has been collected by the Company, for which purposes the Company uses such information and the conditions of the use we give them (Access). Likewise, it is your right to require the amendment or rectification of your Personal Information in the event it may be outdated, is inexact or is incomplete (Rectification); you may as well request the elimination of your Personal Information from the Company’s records or data base when you consider it is not being used according to the dispositions established in the applicable law (Cancelation); and you also have the right to oppose to the use of your Personal Information for certain specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known in Mexico as the ARCO rights.

For the execution of any of the above mentioned ARCO rights you shall submit the corresponding request to the Company by sending an e-mail to ventas@flexocristal.com.

To know the procedures and requirements for the execution of the ARCO rights, you may submit a written request at the Compay’s offices located at Degollado No. 48, Col. Guerrero, 06300, CDMX, or via e-mail to ventas@flexocristal.com so we can attend your request for the execution of such rights and any other inquiry you may have in such respect or regarding the use of your Personal Information.

How can you cancel your consent to use your Personal Information?

UYou can cancel your consent to use your Personal Information. Nevertheless, it is important that you know that in some cases the Company will not be able to comply with your request or stop using your Personal Information immediately, given that it may be that the Company is required to continue using your Personal Information by applicable legal dispositions. Additionally, please consider that, for certain purposes, the cancellation of your consent will imply that the Company may no longer be able to provide the services requested by you and/or the termination of any relation between you and the Company. You may register in the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (Registro Público para Evitar Publicidad) of the Consumer’s Federal Office (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor, PROFECO), to prohibit the use of your Personal Information for advertising or promotional purposes. For further information with respect to such registry you may visit PROFECO’s web site or contact directly such institution.

Tracking technologies in the Company’s web site.

We hereby inform you that the Company’s web site uses cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies through which it is possible for us to track your behavior as user of the Company’s web site www.flexocristal.com, c, so that the Company can provide a better service and user experience while using its web site.
